Type R790 is a spring operated Pressure Regulator and is available with either double or balanced single seat internals. These regulators are external sensing types and are used for back pressure control.
Typical applications would be pressure control of oil, water, steam and gas and they are suitable for pump discharge pressure control.
The type R790 is ‘spring to close’ and normally would be supplied for back pressure or relief service.
Three actuators are available for controlled pressure ranges between 0.13 – 19.0 BarG. Max body rating is 600 lb
